I miss checking my blog, unfortunately I was with my lovely husband visiting his folks and I wasn't able to check and post anything on my blog. I woke up early this morning and try to check my site and I felt a little sad because I never post anything. After checking, I prepared myself for road trip again packing our stuff and help my hubby loading the car heading back to Warren for his work. Stay in the hotel again and chatting the folks and most of my time I spent it to my blogging as I am not busy doing anything and my hubby not around yet. At this time I just listening I power FM and I love listening music as really enjoy myself while reading some interesting stuff and checking my blog.

Marriott Cebu Philippines

My hubby and I usually stayed in Marriott Hotel Cebu Philippines. These our recent pictures taken in front of the hotel he kept it as remembrance for us and I am glad that I found this pictures today that way I can show it to him when he come back from his work. I miss this place so much as I love the people in the hotel they are friendly and good people specifically it comes service. The day we get in the hotel, we went to the reception directly for our room reservation. After few minutes, the receptionist guides us to our room to be. When we get in the room I saw bunches of fresh flowers of roses, and I asked the woman if that was for us and she was smile towards me. She picked up the flowers as she handed it to me and said that's from your husband to be "Erick" and I was cried because I was surprised as I felt myself I am special to my "er-er" on that day, but anyways I am always special of my man every single day. One thing I really admired their being quick people as I remembered the last time when we were there my hubby called for room service after few minutes someone knocked on the door carried the food we ordered and my hubby was amazed.

Crème Brûlée
My favorite part of being home is cooking something special for my lovely husband, one of his favorite desserts is Crème Brûlée as I love it too. We used to find recipes on net what are the easy way to make crème brulee as we found this recipe of Crème Brûlée on this interesting site http://www.cremebrulee.com/creme.htm. We did try this one time as we both love it and I am so glad that finally I found this site as I can save it, so that next time it would not hard for me to find this recipe again.
A straightforward and unpretentious creation that is so simple, so rich, so praised!
8 egg yolks1/3 cup granulated white sugar2 cups heavy cream1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract1/4 cup granulated white sugar (for the caramelized tops) Preheat oven to 300ºF. In a large bowl, whisk together egg yolks and sugar until the sugar has dissolved and the mixture is thick and pale yellow. Add cream and vanilla, and continue to whisk until well blended. Strain into a large bowl, skimming off any foam or bubbles. Divide mixture among 6 ramekins or custard cups. Place ramekins in a water bath (large pan filled with 1 or 2 inches of hot water) and bake until set around the edges, but still loose in the center, about 50 to 60 minutes. Remove from oven and leave in the water bath until cooled. Remove cups from water bath and chill for at least 2 hours, or up to 2 days. When ready to serve, sprinkle about 2 teaspoons of sugar over each custard. For best results, use a small, hand-held torch to melt sugar. If you don't have a torch, place under the broiler until sugar melts. Re-chill custards for a few minutes before serving. Serves 6

The Pursuit of Happyness

My hubby and I watched this movie last night. First part of the movie I was upset, second and third part it was getting bad; I told to my hubby, I would rather go to sleep than watching this stupid movie. Then he replied, just think about the title so that you will know the last part of this movie, so I continued watching although I am getting sleepy, I was being patient that night until the last part of it.
Guess what??? I did cry, because I was touchy and I only realized how wonderful movie that was. It is amazing movie I ever watched and I was glad to watch this movie as I really enjoyed it and felt that it lived up to the teary and heartwarming trailer. While the movie has an uplifting "go for your dreams" message, the deepest theme is that of family. The story is very touching, how my life has been through some tough times, and this movie just reminded me of how much my life struggled to provide for my own shelter and yet kept life fun as much as I could until I met the man of my dreams.

The most expensive house in the World

$139 million (£75 million) Updown Court Windlesham, England
I was browsing some interesting stuff on Google. I came across these very exciting pictures and It makes me very curious, so I read some details about this expensive private house, it's unbelievable. I’m intrigued by this beautiful and gorgeous home. Just imagine this home is larger than that of the royal residents of Hampton Court Palace or Buckingham Palace. This magnificent estate symbolizes the grand and imposing presence of the Great Homes in England and it has been more than two centuries since a private house has been constructed on the majestic scale, finished to such a sophisticated degree, or offered such extravagant privacy.

Norwegian Language
Learning different culture it’s so much fun especially if you enjoy communicating people from different places over the whole world. According to my experienced learning different cultures is enjoyable, great and easy to communicate people once you will know how to speak their languages. Recently, one of my close friend lives in Norway who is willing to teach me how to speak Norwegian Language as I am eager to learn also of reading alphabetical letters and their accent and that way I can speak Norwegian as well when we chat by next time. From the very first time it was a little hard for me to say the word that she taught for the reason I am using American accent to read the alphabetical letters. She was laughing and giggling every time I say the word that she taught and makes me laughs as well as I doesn’t know the right way to say the word. So I tried to find the best way in order I can able to read their Alphabet letters. I found this site http://www.omniglot.com/writing/norwegian.htm on Google which is very interesting, learning Norwegian alphabet, Norwegian pronunciation and Notes. So if you are fond of learning different langauges just try to click the site that way you can understand how does it work.

ER-ER craving of "Flan"
While playing on my computer my luvi was distracted my attention and said he is craving of “Flan” and I replied him we can make it tomorrow morning as is almost midnight. After the short conversation we had, he fell asleep as I continued playing the games until I get disconnected. I stood up and went to the kitchen cleaning the mess we made after the dinner, as I am not sleep yet I tried to think something interesting as I end up making “Flan”. After an hour, my "Flan" is ready to refrigerate to make cold, but before that, I woke up my luvi and brought him in the kitchen as he saw his favorite dessert "Flan" and he was amazed because I surprised him.
