Ma’am please excuse me can I may go out?

English is not my first language, but I started learning basic english when I was 4 years old. First thing I learned was counting numbers through my grand parents. When I started going school at the age of 5, I learned many words of English from my teachers, such as saying hi, hello, good morning ma’am and more. Learning english that time was very hard for me particularly no one speak english in our house, except my grand parents who has been teaching me how to count the numbers from 1 to 100. I was a hard headed little girl, I had rather to spent my time in the ocean fishing than making my assignment at night. At the age of 6 or 7 I was already in grade 1, my teacher was a terror and strict, she will punish us when you come to school late and she will let you stand in front of our classmate. One day my teacher give us a little note to memorize it, the note was “Ma’am please excuse me can I may go out?”. The next day when I went to school my teacher called me to participate in front of my classmate how to say “Ma’am please excuse me teacher can I may go out?”. But because I didn’t paid much attention of what my teacher had given to us. Shepfunished me… she won’t let me to go out until I can memorize it.
